đ What happens when your account is locked?
Youâll see a pop-up window where youâll need to enter:
Your registered email address, phone number or ID
Your date of birth
If the information is correct, youâll receive a 4-digit or 5-digit code via email or SMS. Enter that code on the next screen, reset your password, and your account will be automatically reactivated.

In Category, select Registration / Login issues.
In Topic, select Account reactivation.
In the Message field, write: Account unlock due to failed login attempts and include:
Full name
Identification number
Date of birth
