If you activated Self-Exclusion on your Betano Colombia account and want to reverse it before the selected period ends, you can request a revocation, but the reactivation is not immediate.
You can request to revoke the self-exclusion at any time.
The revocation may take up to 72 hours to take effect from the moment you submit the request.
During the waiting period, you can continue accessing your account to manage your information, review your history, or request withdrawals. The self-exclusion only limits access to the selected products.
How to request the revocation of self-exclusion?
Log in to your account.
Go to Profile > Player Protection > Self-Exclusion.
Select Revoke on the product you had excluded (for example, Casino or Sports Betting).
Select Save changes.
You will see the estimated date when you will regain access to that product.
