When is an account considered inactive?
An account is considered inactive when 11 consecutive months pass without you accessing it. Once this period is reached, the account is considered canceled.
Will I receive any notice before my account is canceled?
Yes. Betano sends you a reminder 30 days before your account is considered inactive. This notice aims to allow you to withdraw any remaining funds in your account before deactivation.
This applies if you have a balance available in your account at the time of the notice. It does not apply if your account balance is already zero, as there would be no funds to withdraw.
What should I do if I receive the inactivity notice?
If you receive this reminder, follow these steps before the 11 months of inactivity are reached:
- Check the email or notification sent by Betano.
- Log in to your account.
- Withdraw the remaining balance following the usual withdrawal process.
