You can add a card to your Betano account in two ways: automatically after a successful deposit, or manually at any time from your account settings.
How do I save a card automatically after a deposit?
After making a successful deposit with a credit or debit card, Betano automatically displays a message asking if you want to save that card for future use.
- Complete a deposit using your credit or debit card.
- When the confirmation message appears, select the option to save the card.
Saving a card this way makes your next deposits faster, as you won’t need to re-enter your card details each time.
How do I add a card manually?
You can register a card manually at any time, without needing to make a deposit first.
- Log in to your Betano account.
- Go to Account > Transactions > My Cards.
- Click on add new card.
- Enter the required details and confirm the operation.
What are the requirements to register a card?
The following conditions apply when registering a card:
- The card must be in your name. Cards registered under another person’s name will not be accepted.
- The card must be enabled for online payments. If online payments are disabled on your card, contact your issuing bank to enable them before registering it.
This applies both to the automatic and manual registration methods.
Is my card information stored securely?
Yes. Your card information is stored in an encrypted format, in compliance with international data protection standards.
