Accepted documents
The following documents are currently valid for completing the verification process:
- Valid Foreigner ID (Cédula de extranjería)
- Special Stay Permit (PEP)
- Temporary Protection Permit (PPT)
All documents must be valid and in good condition when uploaded to the platform.
Documents not accepted at this time
Due to regulatory guidelines, the following documents are not valid for account verification in Colombia:
- Passport (any nationality)
- Any type of visa
