Betano's Cash Out allows you to close your bet before a sporting event ends, whether it's a single or combined bet, on selected markets. This feature lets you secure a partial profit or reduce a potential loss, depending on when you decide to use it.
On which bets and sports can I use Cash Out?
Cash Out is available under the following conditions:
- Bet type: single and combined bets.
- Sports: soccer, tennis, basketball, and volleyball, among others.
- Timing: on selected markets, both before and during the match.
- SuperOdds: for events with SuperOdds, Cash Out is only available on the Match Winner market, and only applies to bets placed before the match starts.
This applies to markets that the platform identifies as eligible for each event. It does not apply to markets outside this selection, even if they belong to the same event.
How do I check if my bet is eligible for Cash Out?
Follow these steps to verify if your bet can be closed with Cash Out:
- Open your bet slip.
- Select the Cash Out option.
- Review the list of bets available for Cash Out within your bet slip.
What conditions should I consider before using Cash Out?
Keep the following conditions in mind when using Cash Out:
- Waiting period: there is a waiting time before a Cash Out is accepted, which varies depending on the sport or market.
- Immediate use restriction: it is not allowed to place a bet and use Cash Out immediately afterward.
- Odds changes or market suspension: Cash Out may not be available if there is a change in odds or if the market is suspended.
- Minimum amount: if the amount available for Cash Out does not exceed 5% of your initial bet, this option will not be available.
What happens if the match is suspended?
The outcome depends on when the Cash Out was made in relation to the suspension:
- If the Cash Out was made before the match suspension: it will remain valid and no other settlement or cancellation will apply to that bet.
- If the Cash Out was made after the match suspension: Betano reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Cash Out amount.
How do I know if my Cash Out was processed correctly?
If your Cash Out request is successfully accepted, the bet is closed immediately and you will receive a notification in your account. The amount you receive is the amount available for Cash Out at the moment the request was processed, and the final result of the event no longer affects that amount.
Does Cash Out affect my bonuses or promotions?
Yes. The following conditions apply regarding Cash Out and bonuses:
- It is not combinable with other active offers.
- It does not count towards bonus or promotion wagering requirements for any bet settled after using Cash Out.
What is Auto Cash Out?
Auto Cash Out is a related feature that allows you to schedule an automatic Cash Out request without needing to confirm it manually at the moment. Please note the following about how it works:
- If you perform a manual Cash Out on a bet, any active Auto Cash Out request for that same bet will be automatically removed.
- If your Auto Cash Out request cannot be processed and Cash Out does not become available again before the event ends, your bet will be settled according to the final result of the event.
Can Betano restrict or cancel a Cash Out?
Yes. Betano reserves the right to withhold, restrict, modify, suspend, cancel, or reject a Cash Out at any time without prior notice, including (but not limited to) the following cases:
- When there is an obvious error in the odds or settlement value before or after the event.
- For technical reasons that prevent processing the request; in such cases, the bet remains as originally placed.
- At Betano's sole discretion, for any sport, competition, market, or bet type.
