If the Betano app has issues or is not working properly, try the following:
1. Log out and log back in
This helps fix temporary errors related to the session.
2. Clear the Betano app cache
On your smartphone or tablet, follow this path:
Settings ➜ Apps ➜ Betano ➜ Storage ➜ Clear cache
3. Clear the browser cache (mobile Chrome)
Open Chrome and tap the three dots icon (top right corner).
Go to Settings ➜ Privacy ➜ Clear browsing data.
Select “Cached images and files”.
Choose “All time” and tap “Clear data”.
4. Access the site in incognito mode
Preferably use Chrome or Safari to rule out cookie or storage issues.
