If you have a claim, complaint, or disagreement related to games, transactions, or other Betano services, you can submit it directly from your account. We do our best to resolve each case as quickly as possible.
How Does the Process Work?
- Complete the claim form as soon as possible after the incident. Include a clear summary of the issue, the date and time, the reasons for the claim, and any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., receipts or screenshots).
- You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your claim has been received, along with a unique reference number (ID).
- Betano will respond to your claim within 10 business days, with the possibility of extending this period for up to an additional 30 days, after notifying you in advance.
⚠️Claims must be filed within 3 months of the occurrence of the issue.
