- Deletion: to request the removal of your personal data.
- Restriction of processing: to request that the use of your data be limited.
- Portability: to receive a copy of the personal information collected.
- Objection: to object to certain processing of your data.
- Revocation of consent: to withdraw any authorization you have previously given.

How to View Your Personal Data on Betano
You can view the personal data associated with your Betano account in the Personal Data section, located under Account > Profile.
- Log in to your Betano account.
- Go to Account.
- Open the Profile menu.
- Select Personal Data.
On this screen, you will find the personal information that Betano has collected and retains about your account.
How to Request Portability of Your Personal Data
Portability allows you to receive a copy of the personal information Betano has collected about you. The request is submitted from Account > Privacy Settings.
- Log in to your Betano account.
- Go to Account.
- Select Privacy Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the section.
- Click on the Portability option.
- Submit the request.
How to Manage Your Communication Consent
In Account > Privacy Settings, you can also decide how and under what circumstances Betano communicates with you, through the Consent Management section.
- Log in to your Betano account.
- Go to Account.
- Select Privacy Settings.
- Enter Consent Management.
- Select the channels and purposes you authorize.
- Save the changes.
You can modify these preferences at any time; withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
