What does this mean?
When you make a deposit, you cannot withdraw it immediately. You must use that money to place bets equivalent to the full amount of the deposit.
For example, if you deposit $100,000 COP, you’ll need to wager the same amount before requesting a withdrawal. It doesn’t matter if you win or lose — what matters is that you’ve wagered the full deposit amount.
What counts as a valid bet?
To meet this requirement, bets must:
- Not be canceled or cashed out.
- Be placed on reasonable markets and odds (not extremely low or risk-free).
These conditions ensure the platform is used legitimately and transparently.
What happens if I try to withdraw without wagering my deposit?
If you request a withdrawal without having fully wagered your deposit, you’ll receive a message informing you that this condition has not yet been met. We’ll also let you know how much you still need to wager before your withdrawal can be processed.
Once the requirement is met, you’ll be able to submit your request without issues.
