At Betano Colombia, withdrawals are processed within up to 24 business hours. However, if you submitted your request on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, please note that these are not considered business days, so processing will begin on the next business day.
What does this mean?
Withdrawals requested over the weekend may experience an additional delay, as both our internal process and the bank’s validation begin on the first following business day.
Example:
If you requested a withdrawal on Saturday, processing will start on the next business Monday. From that point on, the total timeframe for funds to be credited can take up to 72 business hours, including:
- Up to 24 hours for internal processing by Betano
- Up to 48 additional hours for the receiving bank to process the payment
When should I contact Support?
If you submitted your request during the weekend and more than 72 business hours have passed since the next business day without receiving the funds, we recommend contacting our Support team to check the status of your withdrawal.
How to escalate a pending withdrawal
Scroll down to the bottom of this page and open the contact form.
In Category, select Withdrawal.
In Topic, choose Pending withdrawal.
In the Message field, write: “Pending withdrawal (weekend)” and include:
Exact withdrawal amount
Date and time of the request
Withdrawal method used
Also attach (files):
Bank statement showing your full name or identification number
Name of the bank or physical withdrawal point
Date range of the document: from the request date up to the current date
