You can check your gaming limits at any time in Profile > Player Protection, within your Betano account. There you can see which limits you have active, the period they apply to, and the exact date and time when they reset.
How to access Player Protection on Betano
Betano's gaming limits can be viewed from the Player Protection section, available in the left sidebar menu of your account. This section does not appear in the main site menu.
- Log in to your Betano account.
- Open the Profile menu in the left sidebar.
- Select Player Protection.
- Choose the limit you want to review from the list.
You can also enter directly from Player Protection.
What gaming limits you can view in Player Protection
The Betano Player Protection section groups four types of limits, in addition to two other account control tools. Each one is viewed and configured separately.

Loss limits are separated by product: the sports and virtual betting limit does not affect the casino, and vice versa. If you want to cover both, configure them independently.
What information each gaming limit shows
The Player Protection list does not indicate the status of your limits: to see the details, you must enter each option using the arrow on the right. Inside each, you will find:
- The type of limit set and its amount.
- The applied period, for example daily, weekly, or monthly.
- The exact date and time when the limit resets.
If an option shows no configured value, it means that limit is not active on your account.
How to modify an already configured gaming limit
To change a limit on Betano, enter the corresponding option within Profile > Player Protection and enter the new value. Changes that make the limit more restrictive are applied immediately.
Increasing or removing a limit is subject to a waiting period before it takes effect, according to the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Until that period ends, the previous limit remains in effect.

In addition to gaming limits, Betano offers responsible gaming resources to review your habits and seek external support. You can find them in the section Responsible Gaming in the site footer.
