Withdrawing your money through Efecty is a quick and easy process. This method allows you to cash out at physical locations in a practical and secure way.
To use it, you must have previously made a deposit with Efecty, as this is part of our security validations.
How to Make the Withdrawal
Follow these steps from your account:
Log in to Betano.
Go to My Account > Transactions > Withdrawal.
Select Efecty in the cash section.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Click Withdraw to confirm.
Once the request is completed:
You will receive an email and an SMS with:
Agreement number: 112371 / PAYVALIDA PAGOS
Your PIN/OTP code
With this information, you can go to any Efecty location and withdraw your money by presenting:
Your original identity document
The received code
Processing Times
We want you to have your money as soon as possible:
In some cases, once approved, sending the PIN code may take up to 1 business day.
In most cases, the withdrawal is processed within 2 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00).
If you make the request outside of these hours, on weekends or holidays, it will be processed the next business day.
If You Do Not Receive the Code
If your withdrawal shows as “Processed” but you still do not have the PIN:
Check your email (including Junk or Spam folder) and your SMS messages.
When going to Efecty, remember to mention the agreement 112371 / PAYVALIDA PAGOS.
If after 1 business day you have not received the code, contact us and we will review it with you.
To avoid delays or issues:
Your account must be verified in My Account > Profile > Verification Process.
If you have an active bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawing.
You can make up to 3 withdrawals per day.
If your request shows as “Under Review”, it means it is being validated by our security team. We will notify you when it is completed.
Keep your email and phone number updated, as you will receive your PIN code there.
