Withdrawing your money with Efecty is a quick and simple process. This method allows you to collect cash at physical locations in a practical and secure way.
To use it, you must have previously made a deposit with Efecty, as this is part of our security validations.
How to make the withdrawal
Follow these steps from your account:
Log in to Betano.
Go to My Account > Transactions > Withdrawal.
Select Efecty in the cash section.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Click Withdraw to confirm.
Once the request is complete:

You will receive an email and an SMS containing:
Agreement number: 112371 / PAYVALIDA PAGOS
Your PIN/OTP code

With this information, you can go to any Efecty location and withdraw your money by presenting:
Your original ID
The code you received
Processing times
We want you to receive your money as soon as possible:
In some cases, once approved, it may take up to 1 business day for the PIN code to be sent.
In most cases, the withdrawal is processed within 2 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00).
If you submit the request outside these hours, on a weekend, or on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
If you do not receive the code
If your withdrawal appears as “Processed” but you still do not have the PIN:
- Go to My Account and open your withdrawal details: you will find the agreement number and PIN there.
- Also check your email (including your Junk or Spam folder) and your SMS messages.
- When visiting Efecty, remember to provide agreement number 112371 / PAYVALIDA PAGOS.
To avoid delays or issues:
Your account must be verified under My Account > Profile > Verification Process.
If you have an active bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawing.
You can make up to 3 withdrawals per day.
If your request appears as “Under review”, it means that it is being validated by our security team. We will notify you when the process is complete.
Keep your email address and phone number up to date, as you will receive your PIN code there.
