To withdraw using Bre-B, you must first register your key with your financial institution and then follow these steps from your Betano account:
- Open the app of the bank where you want to receive the funds from your Betano withdrawals.
- In your bank’s app, look for the option “Bre-B” or “Your keys”.
- Select “Register key” or “Create key”.
- Choose the type of Bre-B key you want to register (it can be: mobile number, ID card or identity document, email address, or alphanumeric code).
- Save the selected key! Once this process is complete, you can use it to withdraw money.
- Log in to Betano, go to the Withdrawals section, and paste your key in the field “Add new Bre-B key”.
- Enter the amount to withdraw and confirm the transaction.
