If you entered some of your details incorrectly and still have access to your account, the process is self-managed. You just need to upload the documents for account verification.
Follow this path within the platform:
Go to My Account.
Select the Profile option.
Click on Verification and upload the requested files.
The specific documents may vary depending on what the responsible department has requested. However, for all our processes, it is mandatory to submit a clear and legible photo (on both sides) of one of the following official documents:
- National ID card (both sides).
- Foreign ID card (both sides).
- Temporary Protection Permit (PPT).
- Special Stay Permit (PEP).
Note: Make sure the document is not blurry, cropped, or affected by light reflections that prevent the data from being read.
How do I upload my documents if I do not have access to my account?
If you are unable to log into your profile, please contact us so we can provide you with the necessary steps.
How long does it take to review my documents?
- Once you have uploaded or submitted your documents, the update may take up to 72 business hours.
If there is any issue with legibility or the type of document, you will receive an email explaining the reason so you can repeat the process.
