The Trusted Devices feature improves your user experience by allowing you to mark a device as trusted after successfully logging in with 2FA.
The Trusted Devices feature is also applied to withdrawal requests to reduce unnecessary 2FA prompts, while maintaining all security and risk controls.
How it works
- The Trusted Devices Feature can be activated only in case you have enabled the Two-Factor Authentication Feature (2FA).
- If you don’t have a trusted device or use a device that is not trusted, you will be redirected to the 2FA login flow, and a checkbox should appear for you to enable the trusted device feature.
- Once a device is marked as trusted, you will not be required to enter a 2FA code on subsequent logins from that device, and you will be logged in automatically, until the trust period expires.
- The trust period will be configurable (e.g., 30, 60, 90 days).
- After the period expires, you will be prompted to perform 2FA again to re-establish trust for the device.
-
The Trusted Devices feature is also used in specific withdrawal requests to reduce repeated 2FA prompts. Security and compliance checks continue to be fully applied.
Bank transfers are excluded, so 2FA is always required in all cases.
New payment methods always require 2FA.
