When you activate your First Deposit Bonus, you can use it on Sports Betting or Casino, depending on the bonus you have chosen. Each product has different wagering requirements that must be met to release the bonus and its winnings.
Using the Bonus on Sports and Casino
General Rules
You can fulfill the wagering requirement on the platform corresponding to the bonus you selected.
Example: The Sports Betting bonus cannot be used in Casino (slots or table games).Casino games have a lower contribution (%) compared to sports bets.
Bonus Requirements for Casino
Amount to Wager
The total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 12.5 times in Casino.
Example:
Deposit: 10,000 COP
Bonus: 10,000 COP
Total: 20,000 COP
Wagering requirement: 20,000 × 12.5 = 250,000 COP in Casino bets.
Contribution by Game Type
Casino games contribute differently to the requirement:
1% → Virtual sports, virtual games, table games, poker games, and crash-type games.
40% → Classic slots, video slots, and jackpot games.
Important Conditions
You have 30 calendar days to complete the requirement. If you do not meet it within this period, the pending bonus will be automatically forfeited.
Bets only count towards the rollover when they are settled or resolved, whether won or lost.

Important Note
If you request a withdrawal before completing the requirement, the bonus will be automatically canceled.
If you then cancel the withdrawal request, the bonus cannot be reinstated, according to the applicable Bonus Policy.
